Dave serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. With over 25 years of experience in the clinical laboratory environment, Dave is a respected and growth-driven healthcare executive who possesses a proven track record in finance, RCM, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and operational management.
Dave’s nearly 20-year career at LabCorp has provided him with a solid foundation for future endeavors.

Dr. Sri Bharat Madireddy, Ph.D., M.Sc., B. Pharm, MT (AAB)
CHIEF SCIENTIST
Dr. Madireddy serves as the Chief Scientist for Celesta Medical Services and American Research Labs. Dr. Madireddy has 10+ years in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical, and business management as the CEO of publicly traded clinical laboratory.
Dr. Madireddy is well respected among his peers and keenly understands the current needs of the physician community as it relates to clinical laboratory testing.

Dr. Vanaja Reddy Bodeddula, Ph.D., M. Pharm., B. Pharm., MT(AAB)
DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPS
Dr. Bodeddula serves as the Director of Clinical Operations of Celesta Medical Services. Dr. Bodeddula has 10+ years of quality assurance and lab accreditation management.
Dr. Bodeddula is held in high regard among her peer group and has worked for a publicly traded clinical laboratory. Wide experience in oversight of the laboratory operation and personnel performing pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical aspects.

Brad Morton
CHAIRMAN
Brad serves on the company's Board of Directors and has 20+ years of experience in the clinical laboratory industry. In his executive role at LabCorp, Brad was responsible for the Revenue Cycle Management function of the company.
Since 2017, Brad serves as a Partner and CFO of Salem Investment Partners, L.P., a mezzanine and private equity firm located in Greensboro, NC. Senior Vice- President of Revenue Cycle Management LabCorp. For over 15 years, Brad led the effort to combine all RCM employees under one organizational structure eliminating corporate and division distinctions and building one culture from 1,000 employees to over 2,000. Brad was responsible for the development of strategy and cultural transformation for his part of the organization. Brad’s responsibilities centered around the implementation of Lean practices to drive operational efficiencies, consolidating locations, strategic plan development and measurement, leadership development and team building, assessment and integration of acquisition targets, and succession-exit strategies -
Kevin Jessup
BOARD MEMBER
Kevin Jessup is a Partner of the Firm and has more than 20 years of experience lending to and investing in lower middle market firms in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Kevin is also a partner in Salem Investment Partners, L.P., a mezzanine and private equity firm located in Greensboro, NC. At Salem, Kevin is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity investments in small privately-held businesses, conducting financial and business due diligence, performing financial analysis, preparing and negotiating legal documentation, and monitoring and actively managing investments post-transaction.
Prior to Salem, Kevin was a partner in Blue Ridge Investors II, L.P. (and affiliated entities), an SBIC located in Greensboro, NC. Prior to Blue Ridge, Kevin held various roles at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) and Central Carolina Bank (now Truist). Roles included internal M&A, credit operations, commercial lending and loan administration positions. -
Michael Spohn
BOARD MEMBER
Michael is a senior financial executive with 20+ years experience providing financial, operational and managerial expertise for small to medium sized organizations in both the private and public sectors.
Michael has served as CFO for companies in multiple industry sectors including financial, service, manufacturing, distribution, health care and technology. Most of Michael's engagements center around the implementation of operational processes focused on efficiencies, maximizing financial reporting, strategic plan development and measurement, bank and equity financing, human resources, technology direction, acquisition-sale due diligence and succession-exit strategies. -
Kevin Carter
BOARD MEMBER
Kevin Carter is currently Chief Executive Officer of Wake Capital Partners, a Greensboro, NC based investment management firm. Mr. Carter also serves as CEO/President of Hilton Head Health, an investment managed by Wake Capital. Kevin has deep experience in strategy, business development, turnaround management, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning.
2019 – 2021 CEO of Allegiance Trucks, a private equity backed truck dealer roll-up that acquired 11 dealerships and grew revenue from $0 to approximately $400MM.
Former CEO of Haeco Americas. During his tenure he led the company through a significant turnaround, increasing top-line revenue from $182MM to $425MM and improving EBITDA from ($76MM) to $40MM culminating in the sale of the company in 2014 for $388.8MM.
